(UPS Ground) for guitars $299 & up. Free Shipping limited to orders within contenental United States. Smaller orders will ship $10 & up depending on weight and size.

Customer Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with any product you can return it for a full refund or credit (of the product purchase price) toward a different product. You have 30 days from the shipping date to make your decision. All merchandise must be returned pre-paid, no refund on shipping charges, and all merchandise must be returned in new, saleable condition with all original packaging. If not returned as specified a 20% re-stocking charge will be assessed, more if merchandise is damaged in any way.

Returns
DaCapo Music will only accept returns made within the first 30 days from shipment.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within the 30-day guarantee period. Please call for specific instructions. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner?s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product only.

In the case of items purhased with free shipping customer a $30 shipping charge will be assessed in addition to any other charges.
